Prowler received its first set of trains today. They look pretty nice, I love that there is nothing in front of the first row. Worlds of Fun has done a great job tracking the progress of the coaster, my hats off to them.
The other parts of the coaster are coming along as well. The brakes are ready to go, the gift shop is coming along, and the even have the queue up. If you didn’t know they are auctioning off the first ride, and they even have a leader board …
The coaster blogging world is a pretty small and well connect group of people who try to provide the lastest in the amusement industry. Today, NewsPlusNotes updated their site with a new look. Holy toledo!
Now, because I can’t help but insert my own opinion on the winner.. I …
For those of you that have not been keeping up on the Hard Rock Park saga, which has been (I hate to use the pun) a roller coaster ride, from it’s excited opening, to it’s rather dismal operating season, back up to being sold for to this.. No name, and no identity.
The park is to choose a name that will “fit their strategy” within one week, and then plans to open on Memorial Day Weekend. Now.. Am I the only one that sees the problem here? We’re talking six weeks …
