El Toro: New GCI opening at Freizeitpark Plohn in Germany

This new beauty from GCI is slated to open on April 10, 2009. We bring you a testing video care of GCI. The coaster features a length of 2460ft, a height of 90ft, a top speed of 47mph, and 2 tunnels that travel under a log flume. Love what they say at the end “…and that is the real El Toro.” I love me a GCI any day of the week, but I don’t think it’ll top the original El Toro.

It’s a fun looking coaster, lots of fast turns and all of that. I don’t think this coaster can compare to the US El Toro.
I personally don’t think this even comes close to the US El Toro, even based on their reactions. They didn’t seem to excited, plus there isn’t many drops.
