A few things with X2. First, there are not going to be tunnels like originally planned. This is according to the LA Times Daily Travel and Deal Blog. Kind of disappointing, but with no work started on them yet, this is news I was kind of expecting. X2 will feature water and fire effects, along with music. So they did decide to follow through with a few of the original ideas.

Six Flags has posted testing video of X2 on the rides page. The trains look great, and that’s about all I can say without riding it. We are just about a month away from the reopening of X2. Will anyone be going to X2’s opening day?
