Not Mel, but a 70 foot Gibson Guitar was just installed at Hard Rock Park. The guitar is now the world’s largest. “We are proud and honored to have Gibson Guitar’s support,” said Steven Goodwin, CEO of Hard Rock Park. “Gibson has truly defined the look, sound and feel of rock ‘n’ roll and their innovation has inspired countless artists and music genres, many of which are represented right here in this Park.” The guitar will sit on top of a Gibson store, bringing the total height of the structure to 90 feet.

I really think this thing will look great next to the lagoon. It is sure to be the iconic centerpiece of the park. The park seems to be moving right along with construction and a lot of the major elements seems to be fully in place, or close to being in place.

Only a few months left to go and we can finally see all that this park has to offer.
