Knott’s Berry Farm Update (12/1/07)

Welcome to Knott’s Berry Farm! The park has “decked the halls” in the spirit of the season. In this update we take you to the Pony Express site, Xcelerator’s stripped train, and much more.

The park was offering free admission to anyone who brought a toy valued ten dollars or more.
This was a very, very popular decision.

Xcelerator was only running one train today, gee thanks Knott’s.

Timber Mountain Log Ride has finally re-opened. However it is operating with a “Christmas overlay”. A word of advice to Knott’s - stick to the mining theme.
Now for some Pony Express action. Yeehaw?

Yes, this is it. The whole site of this attraction.

Right now it’s basically a lot of torn up dirt.

And here’s one of the machines they’ve been using.
Big Foot Rapids is closed, and the Wilderness Scrambler is completely removed.

The Ranger Station is completed.

Silver Bullet was running well.. Apparently it’s the only ride in the park that can not be rode in a hard cast.

There’s still some Haunt stuff up.

Sierra Sidewinder is exceptionally popular. The line is almost always at an hour long.

And to close our update, a shot of Montezuma at night.
Thanks for reading!
