Colliers International, a company that says it has been, “delivering creative real estate solutions in over 250 cities worldwide,” has put up map of the land to be sold off from Geauga Lake.

I have got to say that this is the saddest news yet to come out of that “park.” They are selling everything, barely leaving room for expansion. The whole phase two plan has apparently stopped in its tracks. I also had no idea that this area had some much land, I think it could of really become something more if the big companies would of stayed out. I give the water park another few years before it is either sold or closed for good. This news should get the GL fanboys up in arms again.
