Graphics Designer

Duties: Work collaboratively with fellow staff to improve and develop a new interface for our visitors.

Ideal candidates will have:

* Strong GUI design and problem solving skills
* Above-average familiarity with web standards (XHTML, CSS, WCAG) and the impact they have on design
* Experience designing highly transactional sites
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
* Experience skinning vBulletin forum software as well as various CMS systems (not required)

Required Qualifications:

• Creativity and enthusiasm
• Fluency in Photoshop
• Flexibility – Being able to creatively design projects with little to no input.
• Quick turn-around – Being able to complete projects within a reasonable time period
• Portfolio of completed projects ranging from web icons to logo design to website design.

Web Programmer

Duties: Development of dynamic Web backend systems, content management systems and file uploading systems. Assume direct responsibility for existing / new PHP Web development projects. Plan, build and implement web applications within strict guidelines. Implement and adhere to policies, procedures and standards for development.

Required Qualifications:

• Creativity and enthusiasm
• PHP, HTML, PostgreSQL, MySQL, vBulletin Forum Systems, and various CMS (Content Management System) knowledge
• Reasonable turn-around – Being able to complete projects within a reasonable time period
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Portfolio of completed projects
• Experience in maintaining and documenting code
