Poseidon’s Rage

Aside for the grammar mistakes which we are all guilty of, Mt. Olympus is adding a huge new wave pool this year. The biggest feature of Poseidon’s Rage, as they are calling it, is the 9 foot wave feature. I have never heard of a wave pool with those types of stats. According to their site, more information will be available soon. We will see if this is just a gimmick, as I suspect it is, since there are several different ways of measuring wave height.

I think that its going to be adjustable to nine feet high. I do not believe that can possibly happen, I mean nine feet tall could kill someone easily. I personally would not be confident in going in a wave pool with nine foot waves.

I was just at Mt. Olympus today, and saw the 9 foot waves in person, and I have to say, it is all true, and no they don’t KILL anyone, you just jump into them, and ride it down, because, once it gets wider, it gets smaller, quicker!

I was just there yesterday…and the wave is 9 feet tall.
they come in spurts…first it shoots out a small wave…and then it takes a minute or so, and then it shoots out a medium wave…and then it takes about 2 minutes..and then the big 9 foot wave comes out!
its huge!!!
