Amusement Today has released the winner of the 2006 Golden Ticket Awards. All of the usual suspects are listed. The full list of winners can be found of Amusement Today’s Website. Is it just me, or do these awards never ever change. The same parks get the same awards, and the same rides are always there too. Usually the only thing I bother looking at are the best new rides. Now I know there is a reason that the same parks are getting the same awards but my question is, has the voting become a little biased? In my book its a simple answer; yes. I’m happy for the winners, but I would love to see some changes in the future.
